My wife was having bad neck pain, so I brought her in for my visit to Dr. Turner. He could see that she was in pain, and asked if she'd ever been to a Chiropractor. She hadn't. He then explained every step of everything he was doing to me and why he was doing it. When he was done, he told my wife that whether she saw him or someone else didn't matter, she needed to see someone to get her neck fixed.

She thought about it for a couple of hours and called the office back to make an appointment. The Dr actually stayed late to see my wife, gave us his personal number in case she had any residual problems throughout the weekend.
I've never had a Dr do any of those things, and my wife cried she was so happy her pain was gone.
I waited a month to post any reviews, because I want to know how the follow up treatment is going to be. The following 2 visits before she was completely done Dr Turner was just as gracious as the first.
