This doctor is a good doctor. I don’t personally see him . I see Doctor Bailey. Most people leaving negative comments. If you have had a negative visit either you did something wrong or you just don’t know how to speak up for yourself. I have seen people saying things about crazy drug screens. I had a problem one time. I know what I take and what I’m prescribed. If you see inaccuracies. You have the right to question your records. I called the drug screen lab. Mine was just because of the way that test was gauged. I was patient and I cleared everything up. I can’t really say I have a problem with any of the care I’ve been given since coming to this office. I’m very satisfied with the level of care I receive at this Pain Management Facility.

I showed up for my monthly Friday appointment and the office was closed. No call, no sign, no warning. I've spent my entire Monday on and off the phone with them, waiting for them to call back. Out of my medication and wondering what to do now. Haven't seen Dr. Bonner in person for several years. Always the NP, a quick 3 minute visit and of course the $200 office visit charge is cash only. This office needs to be looked into by authorities.

You will NEVER meet Dr. Bonner. Only the NP and she is a no nothing when it comes to pain. She has no idea of what pain I'm in. If I disagree with her, she threatens to drop me. Yes I'm looking for another doctor.

Receptionists are rude. Laughed at my mother for paying co pay in quarters. Dr. Bonner is a condescending jerk. Prescribes his patients high levels of narcotics for pain, then treats them like they're addicts. Rooms are open, for everyone to hear your medical issues. I am pretty sure this violates some sort of privacy law. Yelled at/talked down to my sick mother for being "skinny" (she had colon cancer.) Said "You're not gonna die under my care." all frustrated and left her with no medication for 2 days because he was mad his nurse told her she could take more medication as long as she documented everything, so they could get a grasp on her pain control. Told her she would need to come back and bring her empty pill bottles before he gave her new script. No compassion. The office is disgusting and not kept up with. Two people I met there were nice (Shaquanna and Kara), the rest of them have been nothing but rude to my mom. She will not be going here again.

I have been to so many doctors in so many areas and I'm so thankful that I finally found a good pain management doctor who got to the point and did lots of testing to finally find out what was wrong with me. They immediatelytook the time to why I was always in so much pain everyday. Dr. Bonner and his staff are great, they are extremely helpful with all my needs, they take the appropriate time with thier patients. So very gratefulthat I now finally have a doctor that doesn't just push medication on you wothout knowing what is actually wrong with you, just to make a buck. Great customer service and hospitality as well as wonderful knowledge. Thank you for everything, your the best, you made my life better.

Pill Mill. He should lose his license. My husband went in there and got what he wanted (a script). It only took one visit and a few words.

. I had to delete my complaints. to post. I will be back.
. I have so much negative comments to say about Dr. Bonner but will daily write additional complaints .Dr. Bonner during my lawsuit If I unfortunately had Dr. Bonner I dreaded my visit with him. He totally treated me in such a different manner after I received settlement from accident. If I was lucky he spent three minutes with me and told me my injuries did not warrant surgery and my condition will continue to decline and that I should learn to live with it. He didn't care at all that I lost a career that I loved and now will not be independent finically ever again. He said I no longer could perform my duties as a nurse. To get over it. From 2011 up to 2015 never once was a MRI order until I requested should a MRI of injuries an another EMG be done to see if my injuries were the same or changed. Not necessary was the reply. In August 2015 I started to experience excruciating bilateral knee pain and was having gate difficulty and falling down to ground.. He order an ex-ray of left knee only. I told him it was both knees. He continue to say no to both knees. So I did not get x-ray because of his disbelief Finally on my next visit he order crutches which was not therapeutic in my opinion when standing I was in a lot of pain and falling. I knew my ex-rays were a waste of money because I felt it was not bone it was
ligaments which should be view via MRI. My second to the last appointment with him, he expressed there is nothing wrong with your knees your just over medicated. I stopped at my request in July 2015 to stop ordering me morphine because it didn't decrease the pain. My neurologist subscribed Xanax for my anxiety and the only other medication I was on via Bonner was Percocet 15 mg every six hours as needed. I never abused it and never seek street drugs ever. Sylvia his nurse I called after three weeks to find out why she has not got my presert number for my MRIS. She said, "Susan you must be patient". I called my family practice which I am leaving because my attending doctor left the practice. I asked for MRI to be order for my knees. I went for a visit MRIS ordered and precert numbers I received from my family doctors office the next day. Well results showed total complete tears of both knees and surgery is needed. Dr. Bonner stopped my tranazene including calling my neurologist without my permission telling her to stop my Xanax which I never abused. He had no comment when I expressed to him his doubt of my knee pain and his accusation of me being over medicated. His only reply was I ordered the MRIS why did you go to family doctor. I replied because I never heard from your nurse with the precert numbers. My last two visits at this horrible practice was with a new PCA. She asked if I was in the hospital lately and I said no why. Well there is a trace of dilaudid in your urine. I was totally in disbelief due to the fact I never ingested such a drug. Her whole focus of my visit was my urine not my physical issues. My last visit focused only on repeating my urine. I was fine with it because I only take what is prescribed to me and I only get pain medications from this office. In November I called to see if I could come earlier on my appointment date. The receptionist very rudely told me that I no longer will be cared at their office due to my urine results and they said they sent me a letter stating this. I never received such letter and I ask why. with sarcasm well your urine had dilaaudid, hydrocodone and morphine in it along with amphetamines' in it. I was evaluated by
\psychologist proving I have ADD and my neurologist orders my medication for this. But I never ever took dilaudid and I am allergic to hydrocodone and never took that and I stop taking Morphine in July and had not taken Morphine since July 2015. I immediately called my pharmacists to inquirer if any composition of my medication I am currently on would break down into compounds in the medications they said were in my urine. I am a total victim. His letter states that I have other providers ordering me controlled substances and advise that I go to Rehab for addiction. Totally not true. I search the SEA website to seek help. Someone did return my call but unfortunately I was in another auto accident and my life again was put on hold. It is February 2016 and I suffer with chronic pain. I am dealing with it but it is ruining my life. I am starting to get back to life and am going to find out my rights in reference to where and when my urine was tested and want the test results in print. I never ever seek pain medication from ant other provider and I am not financially in a position to buy drugs from the street especially when my co-pays and medications have engulfed my recourses greatly. Does anybody out there advise me in which direction I should go. That was not my urine. And I am not an addict nor a street drug seeker. I would greatly appreciate any help.
