Does a great job of tracking medications for our complex Parkinson Disease. She is very knowledgeable and spends time explaining practical ways that the patient and our family can improve daily care and quality of life. She is positive and understanding when we stumble implementing complex management routines. She is an excellent communicator in online appointments.
