Very helpful Doctor that listened, appeared to really care about what my concerns were and found a treatment plan for me. More Doctors should be like Dr. Washington.

I have been going to Dr. Washington for over 14 years. I absolutely love him. I trust him completely. I love his bedside manner. He always listens to me and never pushes medications on me, ever. Years ago I had Restless Leg Syndrome that was so severe, I would have to get out of bed and walk around the house for the twitching to stop. When I went to his office to tell him about it, there were brochures about medications for RLS, but instead of giving me medication, he said I was most likely low in iron and that what was causing it. he told me to get some capsules from the health food store. After the first day of taking the iron, the RSL stopped and has never come back. As far as sleep, he is right and studies the topic extensively. It has helped me with my migraines. I love Dr. Washington and his nurse Leilani. They call me back immediately whenever I have a question or concern. And they both give me a hug when I arrive and when I leave. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Dr. Washington for years. He and his staff are very professional, helpful and courteous. By properly diagnosing my bipolar disease, he saved the quality of my life and my marriage. I will always be very grateful that I found Dr. Roger Washington.

The worst experience ever. He has seen my wife 4 times for a recurring issue. He always gave us the same antibiotics. We never got the lab test results although we've always requested it. In one visit when we asked several questions, he turned to me and asked me if I work on an hourly basis ?? Then he added that he has limited time and I should understand why he is in hurry. After the 4th visit, I called and asked about the delayed copy of the lab results. His nurse told me that they've lost the sample and they don't have any results. She asked us to give them another sample after my wife was on the antibiotics over a week. I told her all of this didn't make sense at all and I don't understand why Dr.Washington never referred us to a specialist. Then Dr. Washington called and told me I should have asked him to send us to a specialist. I told him that he is the Doctor, not me, and it is his job to make an expert decision about the next step. Then we've never seen him again.

This guy comes of as more of a witchdoctor than an actual MD. Sleep was his cure for everything. Very condescending. When it came to my particular he didn’t listen to the symptoms I actually had – he heard one or two, made a decision, and rather than giving me options and advice (in an area that wasn’t his field) he told me “well, no surgeon would touch that”.

What a drug pusher! Saw him once and ran! Wanted to push his "medication" on me after 10 minutes. Said all I needed to know would have to come from him, NOT medical books or other research.

I have been seeing this doc past 2yr and have some serious diagnoses escaped by him. He could not treat my other sysmtoms either. I'm switching soon. Everything he relates to sleep.

I have seen Dr Washington for a few years now, and he is the only doctor who has ever called me at home later that evening to check on me. He is very good with my children as well. He also returns emails promptly. He also gave me advice when I was ill, that was very helpful, that no doctor had ever suggested before. I will continue to go and see him, happily.

During my several visits, Dr. Washington blamed everything--from acne, to migraine headaches, to irregular menses--on my "lack of sleep" even though this is not an issue for me. I would really recommend seeing a different doctor, or if you are absolutely stuck with his practice, see his P.A., who seems very competent.

I've seen Dr. Washington many times. Each time I left his office more confused.
