Wonderful experience. Definitely recommended to my family and friends!!

My son and I got two automated calls reminding us of our appointments last Saturday . We drove almost an hour each way and the office was closed. When I called on Monday, the staff didn't even apologize. They said the computer makes the appt and sometimes it's on days they aren't even open. They made it out to be our fault bc if we had listened to the whole message and confirmed the appt, only then would they be aware we had an appt on a day they were closed, and they would have called us to cancel. The office manager was even less helpful. Unfortunately, I did like Dr. Chopra but I will not be returning.

I've been a few of times and there is a mixture of helpful staff and not so helpful staff(or maybe they were just having a bad day). The last time I went there was a really nice and helpful girl working behind the desk. Other times when I have visited the office I noticed staff giving off an annoyed vibe. Dr. Chopra was always super friendly, competent, and did his job well.

Twice had previously scheduled appointments for son and daughter, got them out of school early and there was a sign on the door "out of the office today". Front desk staff very rude. Went for scheduled appointment today for myself and was met with "your insurance is not covering your visit until the end of the year. I have two policies and have been seeing this doctor since 2003. Done! New doctors or me and mine.
