Office staff tried to collect an insurance co-pay, even though the appointment was made by the Workman's Comp representative, and my own insurance doesn't even have co-pays. Doctor came in relatively quickly, but then was arrogant and rude throughout the visit.

Dr. Andy is very polite. And he explained the procedures I were having very clear and in detail to me. His nurse as well was very polite and knowledgable to me. The best surgeon I have had direct contact with. C. Sanford

No bedside manners. Rude. In and out of the room like a bolt of lightning. People deserve better.

Dr Andy was wonderful! My mom healed a lot faster than anyone thought from her parathyroidectomy, and he is one reason why. At Forrest General Hospital, he has the reputation of being an excellent surgeon with outstanding outcomes!
