The woman is an idiot! Not only did she not listen to a word I said. Apparently she never even looked at the diagram on the ream of papers I filled out prior to the visit. She had a treatment plan all set up before she even met me. I was not referred to her for arthritis pain in my cervical spine. I was referred to her for muscle trauma on my neck. Which she never addressed. Also she must be psychic. Telling me why my primary physician referred me to the pain clinic. Stating that he was not going to refill my prescription for my pain meds. Really!! Her attitude was something beyond anything I have ever experienced. I fired her. And most certainly would not recommend her to anyone. I would suggest she get off her high horse and start listening to patients.

Dr. Kumar has terrible bedside manner & Office staff are highly unorganized & have terrible communication skills. I was called the day before my appt & told to arrive 30 mins early to fill out paperwork. At my appt I arrived 30 minutes early & am told by the receptionist I am "too early." I explained I was called & told to be there at that time. She gave me a 1pg form to fill out & said she would call the nurse to see what that was about. Well after filling out the 1 page & returning to the front desk I was told the nurse was unreachable & it must have been a mistake. So i sit in the waiting room for 25 minutes until I am called back. The nurse then berates me and tells me I didn't fill out the correct paperwork, like I am responsible for knowing the correct forms I am supposed to be given. When I finally see kumar she hasn't read any of my files, won't listen to why I am there and just blankly stares at me while I literally cry through the most painful EMG of my life. worst experience
