Dr Christy provided service to my son for a outpateint surgery . We were not given a choice of anesthesiologist and she did not inform us that she was out of network. Tried to work with the Billing office ( Angela ) who is the most rude person I have ever meet . She is very uncooperative with me as well as the insurance company and have hung up the phone or me and threatened me to be put in collection. I tried to contact Dr. Rosemary via emails as she does not have a good contact to reach even with the Children's hospital she works with as she is a contracted provider. She has to date not replied . STAY AWAY FROM HER AND HER RUDE STAFF.. I WISH I CAN BOLD IT MORE ... There are many more compassionate and caring and ethical doctors in DFW.
