Dr. Depalma's bedside manner is wonderful, he's super kind and makes sure you understand what is going on.

To explain the 4-Stars for punctuality. It is not necessarily a bad thing, Dr. DePalma spends time with his patients. I'm sure my visit made someone else wait an extra few minutes.
