Dishonest, avoid this place at all cost, treatments fail constantly, they just want your money. The owner doesn’t even work on patients he is inconpetent.

His office was totally professional and the best care I’ve ever had. As a veteran I’ve been to a lot of dentist around the country and his office is the most caring and professional I’ve ever been I would highly recommend them to anyone and especially veterans

Comfort Dental is the absolute worst dentist office have EVER had to deal with. They installed braces on my daughters teeth that went very well, then the real hassle began trying to set up monthly appointments. every patient to be seen on one day a month which meant a monthly struggle with receptionist and parents. Then impressions where made of her teeth for the retainer in early May, its now July 7, 2016 still no retainer, LOST. Need to schedule new appointment for more impressions. I have been calling office constantly for the past hour and only get message recording, past two days they promised to return call from SRB and crestview offices, NO RETURN CALLS.
Next stop is the BBB.
I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

It is not often that I write reviews, however, when you experience such an extraordinary result, I am compelled to share. Dr. Farrugia, was the 8 dentist I visited looking for help. I had less than satisfactory implant results from another doctor. I was shocked at the lack of compassion and willingness of other doctors to correct the bad results. Not only is Dr. Farrugia an incredible skilled dentist , he genuinely cares about the patient. I have never felt more comfortable with another doctor. I was terrified from the botched surgery : therefore, I was sedated and thank goodness, he was able to correct my implant condition. The world would be a much better place with OFFICES like this one.

This dentist office is horrible.... The front office is rude and very unprofessional.. My daughter ortho Appt was cancelled because I had a dispute with Amber the office manager. I can't wait until my daughter treatment is complete.. I do not recommend this office not even for your pets..

Comfort Dental saw me the same day my front tooth broke off. I called my dentist of 20 years and they could not see me until June. Even after I explained to them my front tooth was broke off and I looked like a Jack - o - Lantern. The doctor and staff was very professional and efficient. Options were given to me for a bridge or an implant. Although both of these options where very expensive , they provided payment plan so I could smile again. All of this was done on the same day, I broke my tooth. Thank you Comfort Dental.

Went in for a simple cleaning and filling. They presented me with a "plan" totaling $12,000 of work, as I have a no annual limit insurance plan. He never scheduled the cleaning and filling which I initially requested. Their plan was to use as much of my insurance money as they could soak out of me. I decided to see the Peridontist as they required, but the office canceled my appointment without telling me, and tried to lay the blame on me. These people are worst than used car salesmen. Avoid Comfort Dental in Pensacola, and find a quality dentist.

Dr. Alan Farrugia is a true patient advocate who made comfortable to have my mouth fixed. He offered better more cost effective alternatives that other dentist did not offer. Thank you for helping me and restoring my faith in the dental community where most doctors are in for themselves.
