Dr himself is great and understanding however hours of availability not good for any working individual. My major complaint is the staff. To call with a concern and be laughed at and criticized is no good. As a nurse myself I don't have much time to seek answers so if I call with a concern you better believe it is serious. I'd expect people to be respectful of a patients concerns without judging someone you do not know over the phone.

very poor staff with no knowledge of what is going on. They don't return calls or give referrals. Very poor customer service. Office hours are only for a few hours and doctor is out of office a lot. Never will return to this clinic or will refer anyone here.

He is the best doctor I have ever had. He is kind, caring, and always takes the item to get to the bottom of the problem. I went to him first and now my husband and parents see him as well.

Dr. Patel, has been my mother's doctor for years, and I switched to him about 4 years ago. He is an excellent doctor, I get a quick appointment when I call and I have never had a problem with the staff returning my calls. I have spoke with him about referrals, prescription refills and within minutes I get a call back informing me, of when to go to Walgreens to pick-up my meds, or when to come in to pick-up my referrals. I highly recommend him, and have recommended him to anyone in need of a doctor.

The whole expericne was excellent. THe staff was grat. THe doctor was fantastic toook the itme to listen ot my concerns. He expained things very well and was great in following up. I would highly recommend him
