Dr. Juele is an amazing doctor with so much knowledge and experience. His staff on the other hand, are rude and disrespectful. His staff are so ill mannered that after being talked to in a condescending manner I asked to speak directly to the doctor, which I was told that would not happen. They were not forth coming when I asked for their names, and I was screamed at when I ask them not to talk to me in that manner. There is no way to form a complaint against them for the way I have been treated. I left my number with them for the manager of the office to call me back, and I have not received a call back. I find their actions distasteful. Whether it was a bad day for their staff or if they dislike their jobs, customer service is number 1.

Dr. Juele has been my dr. since childhood. I live an hr away and I still go to him. My ONLY issue is that you wait forever in the waiting room...Usually an hr or more. Is he worth waiting for? I think the wait & the drive are worth it for the piece of mind. :)

When someone asks me about Dr. Juele I usually describe him as a man who could recite a medical encyclopedia to you. He is brillant and caring and always knows what to do to make one feel better. His staff is wonderful. I have known them all for 15 years now. There was a period of time where my job changed health plans which Dr. Juele was not affliated with and I still paid the vig to see him. He is the best of the best!

Dr.Juele is a very knowledgeable, friendly, warm and inviting person with excellant bedside manner. He always makes you feel at ease and is an excellant listener. You always feel better when leaving,than how you felt when you arrived. His office staff is second to none! The Best..2 thumbs up!

Dr. Juele is the Best of the Best...nothing lacking with him or his wonderful staff. Only the best, most caring people who move mountains to help patients on a daily basis. I couldn't do without them all. I know my other friends and family who are his patients feel the same, too. May they all live to be 120!!!
