Dr. Baltazar was very abrupt and treated me like I was at fault for my condition. He made assumptions about my general health based on my appearance. He made me feel violated. He did not appear in a professional manner, did not wear a badge, and did not measure up to Houston Methodist standards.

Dr. Baltazar was very knowledgable and informative. He really took the time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable. I wouldn't trust my veins to anyone else!

Great doctor...knowledgeable, caring, professional and in tune to my limitations w/my heriditary neuropathy/CMT. One of the best doctors I've ever met!
