I am so happy with my experience at Restora Austin, with Dr. Gordon and her staff and with the results! I have already recommend her to several friends. I was so scared to come in for breast augmentation surgery and I put it off for years. Why on earth did I wait so long!? Everything about the experience was pleasant. From the moment I first met the staff and Dr. Gordon at my consultation, to my surgery day to my follow up visits. I felt so cared for and cared about. My nurse, Lindsey, was always just a call or email away if I needed anything. No question was considered silly and they were so thorough to make sure I felt comfortable and confident and as a result, I do. I have never felt so beautiful. Thank you gals so so much!

From every staff member, nurses, to Dr. Gordon herself this is the absolute best plastic surgeon around. Dr. Gordon is personable, really educates regarding whatever procedure you're there for and is an excellent sugeon. I'm 6 weeks post op and feel great! Thank you Dr. Gordon!!!

I really enjoyed all of my visits with Dr. Gordon and their staff. They were so incredibly helpful through my breast augmentation. Whenever I had a question, no matter how random, I always felt that I could give them a call. They made this decision very easy to make, and the process was very comfortable and relaxing. I came to Dr. Gordon's office based off of a recommendation, and I would continue to highly recommend Dr. Gordon and their staff.

Love Dr. Gordon and her office! From the consultation to the post surgery follow-ups, I have been so pleased. Dr Gordon and her staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. But most importantly, I got the exact results I was looking for. They make the whole experience so easy from setting up appointments to questions I had after surgery. From start to finish, my breast reduction experience was nothing short of wonderful and I felt so well taken care of! Naturally, prior to the surgery, I had many questions, but these were all answered by Courtnea, Kayla, and Dr. Gordon in my consultations, as well as by email and telephone. I did a lot of research and looked at many before and after photos online, and based on reviews and photos, I made the decision to go with Dr. Gordon. When I met her at my consultation, I felt so completely at ease with her and she seemed genuinely excited to help me, and I was so glad that I found her!

I felt so comfortable going into the surgery – the surgery center felt more like a spa to me than a place of surgery! The nurse made me feel very comfortable and I went under feeling very positive and not at all anxious. When I woke I felt a little nauseous but she immediately gave me something for that, and I didn’t feel it again. I slept all the way home (my husband drove!) and when I arrived home, I went to sleep again and had the best sleep of my life!

My recovery went really well and was honestly nowhere near as painful as I had thought it would be (I do think the surgery vitamins were a huge help in preparing my body). I was prepared that the Galaflex may make me feel more pain than a regular reduction, but honestly the pain was very manageable and I stopped taking pain killers after the third day.

I would highly recommend anyone to do the reduction and especially the Galaflex as it was absolutely worth it! I felt very well taken care of pre and post-surgery and couldn't have asked for a better surgeon! Words cannot express just how thankful I am to Dr. Gordon for the amazing job she did - I am so, so, happy with the results. You can see the amount of care and precision that she put into her work and for that, I am eternally grateful! My only regret is not doing this earlier in life! I think to how different my life would have been in terms of my confidence, had I done this 10-20 years ago!

If I could make any suggestions I would recommend you follow ALL the instructions given to you in preparing your body pre-surgery and taking care of it post-surgery, buy and take all the surgery vitamins, and prepare/freeze plenty of high-fiber meals so that you don’t have to worry about cooking for the first couple of weeks. Oh and get plenty of rest post-surgery! I was fortunate that I had several weeks of complete rest at home before returning to work and I think that helped my body recuperate a lot. Lastly, if you are considering doing it, use Dr. Gordon! She is so nice, makes you feel so comfortable, and is just such a fantastic surgeon! Look at the photos on her website and you will see the attention and care she puts into her work!

I am not one to write a review but I couldn’t wait to share my wonderful experience. I am beyond happy with how much Dr. Ashley Gordon has helped me.

I thought it would be best to start with a little of my previous history. Sixteen years ago I had my first breast augmentation. I went with saline high profile implants. Five years later I had a slow leak in the right implant. I had both implants replaced and went larger staying with the high profile saline implants. Right after this surgery I developed a hematoma on the right side. I went back into surgery and had the hematoma removed. While removing the hematoma, the doctor filled the implants more. At first I didn’t mind the size but then as I got older I began to think of them as “clown boobs!” I wanted to be smaller. Over the years, I took very good care of my implants. Mainly because I wanted them to stay beautiful but also because they were so heavy. I knew they could fall like real breast tissue. I wore a bra to bed. I wore two sports bras to work out. For the next eleven years I was never without a bra. I couldn’t buy certain dresses or tops because my boobs were so big. Bathing suits forget it! Needless to say I hated them but didn’t want surgery because I was told if I go smaller I would need a reduction (which causes lift scars.) I was beside myself because I was not going to get those t-scars. I already had some bad scarring from the two previous surgeries. I rather just keep these clown boobs. Well! I did a little research and came across Dr. Gordon at Restora. I read up on her education and background experience. I liked what I read and decided to make an appointment. I am so glad I did. Come to find out after taking such good care of my implants. I bottomed out. I couldn’t believe it! What! I was never without a bra. They were just so heavy and did I mention my back was always hurting. I told Dr. Gordon my concerns and she had a solution. She suggested deflating my implants for 6 weeks, allowing my skin to retract. This would help with determining my new size. She also recommended putting in strattice to form an inner bra. The strattice helps by creating internal support to prevent displacement, helps in minimizing wrinkling, and lowers the recurrence of capsule contracture. I was excited!

I was onboard. She deflated my implants. My skin retracted. Then we headed to surgery where I got the strattice and smaller silicone implants. The strattice is awesome! Having an inner bra puts my mind at ease. I now don’t worry about the fear of wearing a bra every day. I am not worried about bottoming out again. The heaviness of the implants is gone. No back pain!

Dr. Gordon reduced my size. She even removed old scarring. I had a lot of ripping with my previous implants, none with these. If Dr. Gordon only fixed one of my problems I would be happy but she has exceeded my expectations. I can’t thank her enough. I forgot to mention my nipples weren’t even before and she fixed that too.

In addition, her staff is very professional and courteous. Katelyn has been my nurse since I started my consultation. She has been great! She has answered all my questions and when needed we communicate easily and efficiently through email. At my 6 week post-op appointment the office was busy. Lindsay was my nurse that day. I was so impressed! I felt like Lindsay knew me as well as Katelyn. Like she was in each appointment with us.

If you are considering getting a breast augmentation for the 1st time or needing a revision. I highly recommend Dr. Ashley Gordon and her staff at Restora.

Dr. Gordon did an outstanding job. I was not nervous at all. The whole office made this an easy thing. I am so glad I finally did this and I am extremely happy with my results!
