I was a patient of Dr browns after I was brutally assaulted I went to the office to get help. It was on a Saturday and I was told the office personnel said prescriptions were not written on Saturday. I was mislead to travel to the office solidarity by the office personnel and as a result my gas was wasted and my time was wasted. I had been beaten several times over 4 hours. Basically tortured by my predator when I made a subsequent appointments I was forced to wait for one hour before I was seen by the physician. When it after telling the position my concerned about how the staff had blown me off and did not have any compassion about my attack and the physical pain I was in resulting from a hat I received a certified letter from Dr Brown ending our patient doctor relationship. Dr Brown is a really good doctor but I do not agree that she is compassionate if she was a part of ending our patient doctor relationship.

She had to move to Frankfort its an hour and 10 minutes from my house in Indiana. However I have never had a doctor as good as she is and I only feel comfortable with her. I have decided I will travel to Frankfort to keep her as a doctor. She is worth the drive.

I have never been much of a fan of doctors but unfortunately things occur that require their services. Dr. Browne is unlike ANY physician I have ever gone too! She actually listens to what the patient is saying and never treats you as if you don't know anything about your own body. She is patient, funny, concise, VERY knowledgeable and makes you feel as if she doesn't have anything else to do. (even though you know she has several other patients to see and tons of other work to complete.) I am thankful I was lucky enough to find such a great physician!!!

Dr. Caroline Brown is the greatest Dr anyone can have. Spends quality time and cares. She should be a Psychologist as well. Care about you inside and out. She is on time. I don't have insurance and she works with me on payments. I have sent friends to her and they are so shocked by her caring, intellectual character. Thank you Dr. Carrie Brown. The BEST Doctor I ever had.

Wonderful Doctor! Best doctor in Shelby County. Very professional in all of her work. Going to the doctor is something personal for all of us and she made me feel at ease. She spent a considerable amount of time with me in regard's to my concerns. Very pleased to had finally found a doctor that I like and hears my concerns. Very pleased! Highly recommended .

I was looking to see where she moved so I could follow her and saw this! She is the best doctor ever. Very knowledgeable and down to earth, easy to talk to. NEVER in a hurry to leave the room and answers silly questions. I love her! Now I just have to find where she is located in Shelbyville and make an appointment!!!

I've gone to Dr. Browne since 2003. Following her to Shelbyville is no hardship, as she is truly the best Doctor I've had the opportunity to work with. As a diabetic, heart patient I value her genuine concern and her care. She's not afraid to try something new, but at the them same time she has no problem sticking with what works. She's grest about prescribing affordable.

Dr. Browne is the best doctor I have ever been to. She listens intently to everything I have to say. I can tell that she cares and wants the very best for me. Her staff are very helpful, very kind and very professional. I've been to many doctors through the years and I'm so glad I found Dr.Browne. I would recommend her to anyone.
