Very rude and obnoxious to me. Not friendly is right!

I am new to the area, and when word of mouth that Dr. Burke was the best, I had to check him out. We went in for a consultation, and what I found was anything but the best. My child has only a year left of braces, and he wanted to charge me what I almost paid 18 months prior. He wanted to replace brackets (which my old orthodontists told me was a red flag, they can work with anything). Not real friendly, and not willing to work with me. I have two more that will need braces, heck this should be easy for him...slam dunk. Sorry he got the reviews he did. Do not think he deserved it.
