Did not fix my problem. The whole experience with staff and the doctor were terrible. I would suggest a different endodontist!

Dentist and staff were nice but had appointment canceled twice. The second time I was never called, got there and was told “he didn’t come in today”. I will go somewhere else if I need to in future.

Every doctor/dentist I've ever been in has a sign on the wall stating payment in full is expected at time of service. Be prepared. They expect payment in full no matter what the cost. I went in to have a 10 minute precedure to finish killing an infected nerve. The medicine on the nerve had to sit for 6 days at which point I could then have a root canal. After my 10 minutes in the chair, they demanded over $1,000 as payment for a procedure that wasn't even done yet and flat out refused to let me pay over a coupl eof pay periods. And then they had the gall to say to me "This is not right. You basically had dental work for free!" I was livid!! After 30 minutes of them asking if I could borrow money from someone (true story!), they said they would have to talk to the Doctor. After a while they came back to the waiting room and told me they would only charge me for the services done that day and that the Doctor "Would appreciate it if I go somewhere else to finish the procedure. This guy should not be in business.

He cracked my tooth during the root canal. He wasn't as focused as he should have been. Instead he was cracking jokes with the assistant. I would go to someone else. I had to go elsewhere to get my problem fixed. I will never go back to Dr. Nance, EVER!

Beware! After consultation, be prepared to wait at least a month to have procedure done. Procedure was not successful. Very bad experience. Save your money for another doctor who knows what he's doing. Beware of the front staff here also who don't have a clue what's going on.

Dr. was very arrogant and lacked compassion. I wish I could have a do over. Definitely would recommend going to another doctor if you can.

The thought of a root canal procedure used to make me nervous, but apparently if you go to the right doctor they're not a big deal! Dr. Nance treated a molar for me that had a deep filling that leaked, and the tooth would not have been saved without his expert care. I can say honestly, the injection was barely a pinch and I felt no pain at all during treatment. Afterward I had a mild soreness exactly as he said I would, but I only needed Advil once. After that I went to my dentist for a crown and years later, still no trouble with my tooth! He is terrific and I would go back without being nervous if I ever need another root canal. I highly recommend Dr. Nance.

Staff is nice enough - Dr. Nance is nice too - a little odd. However, his work is terrible. He cracked my roots and did additional work beyond the $1100 for another $800 and it never did heal, had to have it pulled. He made a hole in the sinus which caused a massive sinus infection that took many months to clear up. I talked to a woman in his office while waiting one day, and she had the same thing happen. Bottom line, he makes mistakes and charges you to fix them. Who else can get by with that? I do plumbing work, when I make mistakes, I have to fix them without extra pay.
