Strongly agree with below review regarding this doctor's professionalism. Perhaps a better strategy to deal with patients is to listen to their symptoms and try to empathize, rather than berate and scream. I'm not sure who this strategy of dehumanization works on, but I can assure you it is ineffective at best and traumatizing at worst.
