I was diagnosed with an uncommon condition in my knee called Recurring Spontaneous Hemarthrosis (bleeding in the knee capsule for no reason). After five drainings and two MRI's in a two-year span, no origin of bleeding could be detected. I finally found a surgeon who was willing to scope it without a definite root cause. Dr. Garrick A. Cox went in, "cleaned out" the knee, and cauterized more than several spots within the Synovial Capsule that were "spitting" blood. My recovery has been good and I'm hopeful that my problem will not resurface. I greatly appreciate Dr. Garrick Cox's approach and skill in solving this problem. I would highly recommend Dr. Garrick A. Cox for any orthopedic needs.

Dr. Cox is the most accurate and caring of any orthopedic surgeon I have ever seen. I have had both hips replaced in the past and have never been treated both surgically and medically as I have with Dr. Cox. I had a bad fall and broke my arm and collarbone and 4 weeks after his extensive surgery, I have no pain, inflammation, nor decreased ability in using my arm.

Dr. Cox is the true embodiment of a physician. He is very skilled and knowledgeable and is able to diagnose and treat three of my ailments where 4 other physicians wanted to perform surgery. I will go no where else. I have and will continue to refer many patients to him. Sharon

He is the most incredible doctor out there. He has taken care of my daughters , my mother and both of my sisters. He could not have been more kind and patient through what was a very stressful process. His surgical skills are impeccable and all of my family members that were treated by him are now pain free! Dr Cox had operated on both my shoulders and my elbow. The waiting room is usually full when I get there and spend some time wIting in the examination room, but I trust him and he has always done an excellent job. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Very knowledgeable and straight forward-the only issue I have is with his staff. While waiting for the doctor I sat in his examine room and the whole time heard cursing and complaining. After the doctor saw me I was still in the room and was ask by his staff if I was done because she needed the room for another patient. (Guess I was interrupting their lunch hour since that's all they kept talking about how they were past 12) aside from his staff dr cox is a great doc and smart maybe he will realize how horrible his staff is.
