I had to unfortunately have a molar extracted last week. I was terrified when I went in: both of the procedure and the pain following it, since the terms "Pain Free" and "Oral Surgeon" are rarely seen together, LOL. However, that is EXACTLY what my experience was! Dr. DeFrancesco is very professional and clearly highly skilled at his profession. This is my second visit to his office, and if I ever need oral surgery again, I will not hesitate to come back. I would highly recommend Dr. DeFrancesco to anybody needing an oral surgeon in Pittsburgh!
