Her office hours are inconvenient and she lacks bedside manner. I am not sure if she cares about her patients.

Horrible experience with Dr Ricaurte. Went to her for my daughters food allergies and that was fine because she just did skin tests and easy stuff. But I was also concerned with possibility of asthma because of my daughters nagging cough. Dr Ricaurte started her on some medications that didn't seem to be working. As we had asthma attacks occur, she had a hard time keeping the facts straight as we continued to work with her and I really didn't trust her judgment. She was also quite rude over the phone a few times until I told her that I wasn't coming to her anymore and then she was very sweet and wanted to try to work things out. I usually don't have complaints about doctors but I would absolutely not recommend going to her.

Dr. Ricaurte is alright for your weekly allergy shots.... As long as she is getting paid. If you ever want to actually call and talk to the doctor or have an emergency then forget about it. She is the least helpful, rude, and least patient oriented doctor I have ever went to. After a few months I went elsewhere.

She has been amazing with me and my young son - very patient and warm with him. Her training at Northwestern and Children's Memorial obviously shows in her knowledge and ability to help us both with complicated allergy and asthma problems. Like the doctor on "House" only nicer!

She has been very helpful and very prompt about returning my phone calls. I believe that she does not have Friday office hours, but this doesn't bother me.

She is very friendly and caring. I think she was moderately helpful, though she ran late and didn't provide the detailed information I asked her for. She has odd office hours. She was efficient and I was very happy with the waiting time being so minimal. She gave me a few suggestions regarding treatment, but wasn't as cautious about prescribing medications as I would have preferred.
