My husband and I have found Dr. A. Costrini to be one of the best physicians in Savannah. I am a nurse with a critical care background and have worked professionally with Dr. Costrini and have found him to be thorough and exacting in the care of his patients. He has cared for my father in the past and now my husband and I and in one emergent instance, I feel that my husband's life was saved due to Dr. Costrini's care. He explains his care well and understandably. We would recommend him highly and without reservation.

Dr. Anthony Costrini is one of the most caring and knowledgeable doctors I have ever known, and I've known many. He has been treating me for over twenty years,and I believe that he has probably saved my life. He is very caring and personable; he is very observant of other medical conditions that I have and even communicates with my other doctors to ensure that they are aware of symptoms or conditions that he detects or concerns that he has. He has also visited me when I was hospitalized by other doctors for other conditions. He has also treated me for free when I had problems with my insurance. He is very direct when communicating with me about aspects of my condition and treatment, but he has a sense of humor. I have referred people to him for treatment, including my wife, who is also now one of his patients. When an elderly friend, who was also one of his patients, died, Dr. Costrini took a day off and drove seventy five miles to attend his funeral and be with the family.
