A paid 'lackey' for Attorneys who work against people injured in workers comp cases. He gets paid to do everything in his power to help 'subvert' IF you were injured, HOW you were injured etc! But.. look up his cases on-line and discover that quite often over the many years this 80+ yr. old's 'opinions' have been- disregarded! Do NOT leave your personal belongings in his office when he asks you to go across the hall to another room for a SHORT, cursory exam... He might go through your personal belongings clandestinely. I caught him going through mine!

To start, Martin Krauthamer and several other persons were sued, and lost for the death of a man who went to the Hospital they all worked for- with Krauthamer being head of Cardiology at the time some years ago. The man and his wife ( the wife who filed a wrongful death suit- and won ) went to the Hospital in Norwich, Ct for ‘symptom’s of a heart attack’.. but was ultimately treated for everything under the sun BUT a heart attack and died. Krauthamer stated somebody ‘signed his name’ to a medical order- without
his permission. All of this is public record and can be looked up. Krauthamer has made a semi-lucrative career of sorts, as an ‘expert witness’ against poor
Souls who have workers comp cases. One can also look up some of these cases- going back some years, and find that apparently.. Krauthamer’s opinion- is often disregarded by workers comp commissioners. Krauthamer is in his 80’s ( as of this review ) in 2017. Remember the movie ‘PATTON’
starring ( George C. Scott ) as ‘Patton?’ In one very memorable scene, while Patton decimates an army of German Field Marshall Rommel’s tanks, he states, ‘Rommel you beautiful bastard!!… I read your book!!’ Thus insinuating he’d read a published book of Rommel’s ‘tactics’… and thus defeated Rommel, by ‘defeating his army’… Well Dr. Krauthamer, consider this ‘reviewer’ Patton… and like Patton, I state.. “Krauthamer, you beautiful bastard! ( for one you are ).. I read YOUR book!’ In the form of your past cases! You see, I met with Krauthamer- he being the ( as they all are ironically ) the ‘INDEPENDENT MEDICAL EXAMINER’ for myself. He appeared VERY cordial ( but he and others like them who prostitute in effect for money to do ANYTHING to convince others, that your work related injury- was NOT ) and it is a ‘ploy’ to throw you off. He then ‘bragged’ to me how he does some ‘volunteer’ work to ‘help out those in need’..Yeah….RIGHT! He stated to me almost immediately that he’d ‘read my deposition and that I was a very ‘erudite’ ( that’s fancy for good ) speaker. Being VERY intelligent, and very PRO-active on researching anything/everything to do w/workers comp cases, I’d already researched Krauthamer, at least everything I could find out about him, on-line. Such as he belongs ( or once did ) to a wine tasters or
connoisseur’s of wine club. Give that one some thought.. Could he be under the influence at times?? I have read that if possible, to have at least one witness, or record in some manner, one’s ‘examination’ by any Independent
( what a misnomer ) Medical Examiner paying special attention to what is asked, trick or intentionally ‘misleading or entrapment’ questions and the amount of actual TIME the IME takes for an ‘examination’.. Krauthamer asked me many questions. Thoroughly versed, and having excellent memory and communication skills, I answered all- even those I thought had ‘no bearing’ on my ‘work-related injury’ ( which Krauthamer ‘downplayed’ right to my face ) and- I recorded the entire meeting/exam to enable me to check his eventual ‘report’ for ‘accuracy’.. For instance, at one point Krauthamer asked me about a certain’ aspect’ of my physical appearance. I related back that it was due to my ‘heritage’ and Krauthamer rather maliciously described that particular physical attribute ( of my appearance )
in such a way in his ‘report’ as to ‘influence’ anyone reading to the effect that, if I did not care about my appearance.. WHY would I care about my HEALTH?’… As example, it would be like if I noticed someone wore clothing, that to me.. appeared baggy or too large.. asked them why- listened to them state they ‘feel uncomfortable in tight clothing’ then state in writing about that person that, He or she was dressed in rumpled clothing that appeared to need laundering! Get it? Krauthamer is SLICK!! But, remember Patton…. Krauthamer heard ( verbatim ) exactly what occurred to cause my work related injury ( which he knew matched exactly with my written deposition ) He had a large stack of my medical records and accepted even more he did NOT have, from me. In them, was proof that prior to my work-related injury, I’d done remarkably and consistently well. But once the injury occurred, and like most of us ( my long time employer threw me under the bus ) Krauthamer used in his final ‘report’.. an ‘opinion’ which Krauthamer of course agreed with, a Doctor I’d had ( and fired ) from some years before- which Doctor ‘lied’ outright ( and which Krauthamer ) accepted.. heck, the DOCTOR doesn’t wear ‘baggy clothes’ but what the Doctor and Krauthamer apparently ignored ( it’s right in the Deposition folks! ) is that my WIFE was present and clearly remembers what was REALLY said by the ‘lying’ Doctor… Finally, after 80 minutes of ‘questioning’ me, Krauthamer took me across the hall to an exam room. According to my recording of this event, he spent about a whole 4 minutes giving me a cursory exam before sending in a tech for a 5 minute 'clinical' test..
