The lady that answers the phone needs to work somewhere away for the public because she has no people skills . She is demeaning and disrespectful to the people calling . She is the first impression to your office and its a bad one. I'm writing a letter to the Doctor and I hope he takes it serious and fixes the non customer service of his office.When I called I asked to speak to the Office Manager and she refused to put the call though. Wake up because she is ruining your clientele

Dr landrigan did my sinus surgery 6 years ago and I would highly recommend him. He listened to my concerns. I came for. Another state and had been seeing ENTs in Michigan for years who never gave me a reason for my frequent infections. On the first visit he was able to diagnose my problem and fix it. I went from sinus infect every month to only one or two a year! He is very knowledgeable and wants to do the best for his patients. Very happy with him.

He is an excellent ENT doc and surgeon. I have been his patient since mid 1990's and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a sinus doc-he cares about you as a person, not just a patient- He has a great personality and being "a frequent flyer" patient of his, I know. His staff is friendly, caring and knowledgable.
