Dr. Santaella is great doctor and great staff would highly recommend

I can only comment on the staff as I was seen by another doctor but billed through Saentella Surgical.

Office staff is lazy and non-courteous and non responsive. I was seen by another doctor (Dr Duffy), but billed by Saentella Surgical. "Lisa" kept incorrectly billing United healthcare. Despite telling her why insurance was rejecting her claim, she didnt do anything about it for 2 years and my claim went to collections.

Although I've paid in full, i've been trying to get answers from them and nothing in over a month. Left several messages for the office manager "Rochelle" and nothing. How disrespectful can they be with someone else's money and credit, especially when i am not at fault???? Atleast have the decency to fix what you guys have messed up!!

Dr Saentella, if you read this review, please step in as it's your name on your business that your office staff is tarnishing.

Great doctor and staff. Wait time was pretty good and Dr. Santeaella was very comforting and really listened without making me feel rushed. Good experience.
