I have known Dr Nathan for over 13 years now, and with no hesitation, I would say that she is the best care giver I have ever known in my life! Well the best Care giver who has really listened, and paid close attention to my overall health, including tackling life issues that can interfere with my overall well being. Because she is very knowledgeable, patient and most importantly approachable, it has always been easy for me to open up to Dr. Nathan, and really explain whatever issue there is at any time. This in turn, has helped her to come up with a good diagnostic in most cases, followed by a proper corrective actions of my health issues. Spending time at Dr. Nathan's office has always been pleasant and relaxed thanks to great staff! I would strongly and definitely recommend her care and services to anyone with great enthusiasm!

I am very glad I visited Dr. Nathan, as she made significant progress with a condition other doctors had not been able to address. I really liked the questions she asked me for during the visit and it was amply obvious that she was genuinely concerned for my well being. She also gave me some good information about a pain in my knee. Surprisingly, this was more informative than what my orthopedist had provided to me, and he is well known! I particularly liked the fact that Dr. Nathan encouraged me to improve my lifestyle (diet, exercise) - more than I had gotten from my previous doctors. This pep talk actually worked and I find myself to be a little more disciplined after my visits ! I am not a fan of taking medicines at the drop of a hat and I liked the fact that she prescribes medicines only when absolutely necessary. Many medicines have bad side effects, and these build up over time. Her mannerisms make me feel at ease when I meet with her. I have never felt rushed and she has always welcomed questions.

I have been Dr. Nathan's patient ever since she bought her practice from my previous primary physician who retired. I did not know her before that, but decided to continue for a while to evaluate her abilities. I found that she was highly knowledgeable, conscientious, friendly, and compassionate. Over the years, I have not changed these views, but rather have reinforced them. She is very reasonable, and as some of the others have commented, does not over-medicate. I try to keep up with the latest developments in medicine and biology, and it is seldom that I can bring up a question or topic that she cannot discuss in depth. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a very competent primary physician. I agree that her new office is very nice, and that her staff has always been excellent as well. I live in Northern Virginia, and if I did not like her so much, I might have looked for a closer doctor.

Dr. Nathan has been my PCP for over four years. She is very knowledgeable, very patient and listens well a quality many Docs just don't have. She regularly follows-up after visits and she promptly returns phone calls. I am very happy with the quality of service and highly recommend her. Her new office is very nice and parking is no problem.

Dr Nathan is very knowledgeable and approachable. She goes out of her way to help with my medical problems. She is my primary care physician. I have been going to her for about 10 years after my former doctor retired. I am very satisfied with Dr Nathan's care. And I have recommended her to others without hesitation!

Dr Nathan was recommended to us by someone who had been seeing her for several years. We are not used to some of her practice's methods of communication, including the intense use of an intermediary to communicate issues. Her office is in transition at this point as she is establishing her own office which may account for some of the confusion that occurs. Communication of Dr with staff and staff to patient is currently the weakest part of her practice. Having said that, we are both extremely impressed with her knowledge and her willingness to work with us to either reduce meds or use alternatives. It fits our philosophy for medical treatment.
