From start to finish it was a rushed "i hate my job attitude" from the front desk staff. From making the appointment, going over billing (they kept messing up so keep records of your own), to making a follow up appointment, overall rude not personable at all! Most of the women doctors were great. But what sealed the deal of leaving their practice was Dr. Richman's absolute awful bedside manner! Was more concerned with telling me gossip about my previous doctor and even insinuated a racial comment at the end of the visit. Which btw, I am white and we too get offended by comments made about other races! It's 2017 it isnt funny. After this I did take notice all of the staff and doctors are all white...makes you think after comments he made....I had heard from others but still went against bad experiences and i am so sorry i didn't listen to other patients about this place. SO happy I switched offices! No billing issues, no uncomfortable comments from doctors, the way a patient should be treated!

Personally, I do not care for Dr. Richman. While he seems very knowledge able about his field, he tried very hard to push me towards a C-section when it wasn't needed. I'm short, so his reasoning was that short girls sometimes have small pelvis' as well as point out that my spouse has a "large head" and i wouldn't be able to birth a baby if he had his head...which he said right in front of his face. To be clear, I wouldn't refuse a csection if it was medically necessary, however it was not. He went as far as to get his calendar out and tell me the days he was available even after i told him i was not interested. He also referred to my spouse as "the sperm donor" also right in front of his face. I don't know if he thought he was being funny or what, but his bedside manner could use some improving.

KNOWLEDGE is what we wanted! Dr. Steven L Richmen knows what he is doing without a doubt he can be trusted. Not only was I comfortable with Dr. Richman & his decisions my husband was too. We suffered terrible complications from a tubal pregnancy that ruptured. We went into surgery feeling confident we knew what the "game plan" & options were. He is straight forward but that's what everyone should want in a doctor! I have been with Cherry Hill OBGYN over 6yrs now & have delivered 2 children with Richmen & his staff who are all also exceptional. Our family is VERY pleased with the service & care Dr. Richmen has provided. We appreciate him, his knowledge, and years of experience!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Richman. I have suffered 2 miscarriages including a D&C with one of them. He made a horrible situation have hope and light at the end of the tunnel. His bedside manner is not exactly by the book but he truly cares and will be completely honest with you. We are on our 3rd pregnancy right now and he keeps me as positive as possible in the 1st trimester.

I've been going to Dr. Richman for almost a year and suffered 2 miscarriages while under his care. He was FANTASTIC. He is kind, but straight forward and very matter of fact. I feel extremely comfortable in his care and actually travel from North Jersey to Cherry Hill because I am so pleased with Dr. Richman and his office. Without question, I would recommend him to anyone.

I've been going to Dr. Richman for 8 years, and have never had a bad experience. While his bedside manner may be a little blunt for some, I've never found him to be less than compassionate. I've recommended him to family and friends and will continue to do so.

I don't really care for the woman who makes the appointments at the exit door, but otherwise everyone in the office I dealt with was great. Dr. Richman recently helped me through a missed miscarriage and while I agree that he was VERY honest and knowledgeable, I can't complain one bit about his bedside manner (I don't care for candy-coating). Hoping to conceive again and will definitely go to Dr. Richman again.

all i have to say is i been goin to him for 10 yrs had 2 of my kids delivered buy him and is on my 3 and he will deliever this one 2 he is AWESOME!!!!!!
