The X-ray tech never covered my chest with the protective sheet in the three appointments, each of which involved three X-rays of my foot. She wanted the last of my social security number to label the X-rays. And the staff apparently gave my insurance information to a provider of a medical device I was prescribed before I even decided on that company. Or they gave enough information about me that the seller could look it up.
