In the ten years that I have known Dr. Raines as my physian, I have found him to be exceptional in diagnosis, care, and respect for me as a patient. He takes the time to know me as a person and not just a person with an illness.

This Dr. has been very short with me during my visits. Dr. Raines seems like he is going through the motions until he retires. When I see him he is very condescending and robotic, to old and set in his ways.
