Rude. Curt. Derogatory. Verbally abusive. Negative. Zero people skills, much less warm feelings for children. Blank office, no toys. Receptionist is dull & disorganized, yet nice enough. Please, DO NOT ever take your child to the cold & uncaring human. Seriously, how is he even practicing medicine? He should be reported to MediCal. I have 3 children & 4 grandchildren. NEVER have I experienced this horrible kind of treatment, even in an ER Room.

Called the office to see if Dr can see my daughter because she complain about her ears hurting. Staff says to come in right away and Dr will see you, this was a Friday. Dr was happy to see my child at last minute especially on a Friday afternoon. So happy my sick child is seen.

I've had a bad experience with Dr. Kaplan. He is very rude and responds to my questions with a smart comment and with sarcasm. He does not make me feel comfortable to ask any questions. He has had a negative attitude every time I've seen him, as if he's in a bad mood. I also have to constantly remind him & his staff about procedures in regards to my child that they should keep track of. Overall, I would not recommend this pediatrician, and certainly my child will not see him again.
