My Mom broke her hip recently. She was in the hospital for seven days. We had family with her 24 / 7 during her stay at Las Colinas Medical Center. After her surgery we spoke with Dr. Muncy, but each day following he never came by to check on her. He may have checked her chart, but he never came to the room to check the operative site or to see how she was doing. I am a therapist. I worked in acute care at a hospital on the Orthopedic floor. Every Orthopedist I worked with rounded on their patients every day and physically checked on them. He has no bedside manner - he does not come! He obviously does not care. I would not recommend him to any one.
