After an emergency visit with Doctor Heather L Flaherty after a fall, I received an unauthorized CT on the spine. Due to my past history of CT scans She agreed with me & my family who were present as witness, to do one CT of the head, but i received two. She also charged for two on the bill which is fraud.Her notes stated that my family were in agreement with her
