Very unprofessional and uncaring office staff. Dr. Spivey himself was kind and succesfully conducted my surgery, but his office staff were unethical and I feel deceived because they assured me that my insurance would cover the cost of my surgery. I was truly in a state of panic when I received the bill for over $450. I tried calling them they did not want to listen and they shouted at me over the phone. I feel that as a patient I should be told the truth and I really feel that they are untrustworthy and unethical and I would never go to them again. I had a choice I did not have to do this surgery it was not a life and death situation, but when I asked them twice if it was covered they said yes. So I trusted them and decided to do it. I was taken advantage of and deceived. This is not fair to me as a patient. I was lied to and I know that they are breaking ethical rules.

Dr. Spivey was very very uninterested in me, both as a patient and my managing my pain. He was rude, unprofessional and made it very clear he did not care about my pain
