If I could rate Dr. Kelly a zero the rating would be too high. Apparently, he is slumming at the Trotwood Eye Mart, and does not see the necessity of proving good service to the clients that frequent that location. I paid for a dilated eye exam but my eyes were not dilated until I had been out of the office a half hour. He examined my eyes immediately after putting in the dilatation drops and was completed with the exam in under half an hour. This is not a man I would suggest anyone to trust their eyes to.

I've been going to Dr. Kelly for about 10 years now, and have always felt very comfortable during my exams. He is very knowledgable, friendly, and caring. His staff is great as well.
