I attended a weekend retreat with Aslan Institute in September of 2016. The teaching staff was diverse, offered a good blend of therapeutic exercises, and it was a transformative experience. I particularly enjoyed the unique approach to yoga, taught by Bonnie Resnick. I would love to repeat.
