The staff is mostly polite and helpful, but not so much so that it warrants a rating "above average". I was unable to talk to the dr. on the phone and was told he would not return my call because "he's very busy" (either during or after normal business hrs.). None of my appts. were on time. All appts. were minimally 45 min. behind schedule. This practice just "feels" disheveled/sloppy and "churns" patients. Did not feel I had quality time here.
