A few months ago I started feeling nauseous everytime I ate and I decided to go to Dr. Mann. Instantly she was on top of it and scheduled me a gallbladder scan and she was right - my gallbladder had gone bad! Without her I'd still be thinking I had some sort of stomach acid issue and in tons of pain! Today I came in for an endoscopy before my gallbladder removal and I was having a full blown panic attack because I was feeling so ill. EVERYONE in that office comforted me and I cannot thank them enough for making this uncomfortable situation as comfortable as possible! I couldn't believe how kind everyone was! If you want to go to a place where the doctor and staff actually care and want you to be well, this is place!

Dr. Mann performed a colonoscopy on me and found polyps. She informed me that though the polyps were benign, I should have another colonoscopy within 5 years instead of the usual 10. After 5 years I received a letter from her giving all the reasons why it was important I needed to schedule an appointment because polyps had been found during the last colonoscopy. I made an appointment but when I showed up, she declared that I did not need a colonoscopy (1) the polyps were benign, (2) I was 71 years old and (3) I lived in the NE of Greensboro. !!! I attempted to obtain the lab results from the colonoscopy 5 years ago through my primary care doctor. All she sent was statement that the polyps were benign. Now I question whether she even sent the biopsies to a proper lab to be analysed. I am now trying to get an appointment with another gastroenterologist so I can have some peace of mind.

The first time I saw her, she was kind and compassionate, though she didn't really listen to me and sent me home with handouts for a condition I didn't even have. When I saw her again 3 years later, I found her to be abrupt and dismissive. When a couple of things came up that we had spoken about the first time I saw her, she got angry with me and stated that was not in the chart. I told her we had definitely had an in-depth discussion about those things previously and if she didn't write them in the chart, then that was HER problem and not mine. She then sent me home again with the same handouts for the same condition that I still didn't have. I originally would have recommended her, but not anymore. I'll be looking for a new GI doc now.

I have been suffering a chronic constipation condition for than 50 years. I consulted several doctors for the condition, no one was able to help me; however, I happened to be in Greensboro for a visit and my brother recommended that I see Dr. Mann while I was there. I was lucky to see her. I am truly grateful for the prescription as recommended. It has certainly made a difference in the quality of my life and for which I am very thankful for her prompt attention.

I waited in the lobby for an hour and 20 mins...then I waited in the exam room for another 30 mins. I was a new patient and spoke with her for less than 5 mins.

Dr. Mann cares about her patients! She truly helped me get my life back. I had suffered with horrible stomach aches and overall sickness for years. I was embarrassed and had anxiety to even talk about my health problems, but Dr. Mann is so caring and genuine that she put me at ease and diagnosed me within a month of my first visit. I admire her tremendously for her depth of knowledge and tenacity for helping others. Thank you Dr. Mann!

Dr. Mann saved my life and I thank God for her. During a routine colonoscopy, she noticed something that didn't look right, she did a biopsy and three days later called me urgently to tell me of a diagnosis of 1st stage anal cancer. Needless to say, she moved quickly to set up appts. with 3 of the best specialists at Moses Cone Cancer Center. My Oncologist stated that if it wasn't that I went for that procedure and her prompt actions my life span would have been cut in a matter of 2 years. Her staff are very compassionate and answered all of my questions and Dr. Mann addressed all of my concerns. May God continue to bless her and guide her.

Dr. Mann is awesome! I was a new patient but she worked me quickly. Very thorough and quick at getting test scheduled and results. In one week had multiple test completed and surgery scheduled. On top things and called me personally to go over results and check on me after surgery. Highly recommend her!!!!
