Doctor Mccool was very attentive and patient when explaining the images and my medical issues. The nurse and staff were very courteous and professional!

Very satisfied with my experience with the Doctor McCool. Took care of my medical issues promptly and professional. Also, the office was calming and clean!!! Great services!!! Will definitely go back if needed.

I will never go back!! The doctor said he was giving me some inserts. When I went to pay I paid for the co-pay and left. They called a few minutes later and said they forgot to charge me for the inserts. I drove back and they said it was $45.00. I was shocked especially since the doctor never said anything about the inserts costing money. I reluctently paid the money and when I got home I researched the price. Come to find out, they same insert is more than have the price anywhere else. I called an hour after leaving to find out if I could return them, they said there are no refunds. Basically, they want to screw you over before you find out. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT buy anything from this doctor!!

IMO , very bad admin & customer service. The staff knew I was referred, yet didn't have the courtesy & consideration to inform me that my referral was not on file. So, it I got a bill which felt like a stick up. Also the doctor sold me some inserts for $45 when in amazon.com they are sold for $17.
