She didn't call me back to give me my blood test results and trying to call into that office is awful. Frequently, I have waits up to 15 minutes to speak with someone. When I ended up in an emergency room over the weekend, I was treated badly about showing up at the office the following Monday for a follow-up visit. When I later requested that my records be sent to another doctor, I visited the office and signed the required form but now, two weeks later, my records have not been sent.
