Doctor and staff are extremely rude. They have no respect for their customers. My husband and father both saw Dr. Benevides on a regular basis for pain management (both have back problems). There have been multiple occasions, but to keep this short, I will just give some examples. My husband drives two hours to see Dr. Benevides. When he was less than 10 minutes late for his appointment one morning, Dr. Benevides scolded him like a child for throwing off his schedule. My husband is NOT consistently late, and there was no reason to scold him. It was unprofessional. Recently, when I called to refill a prescription, I mentioned the incident to the male nurse who answered. He hung up on me... They don't value their customers, so I refuse to spend any dollar there again, and I would hope that others could learn from my mistake.
