Physician needs an attitude adjustment. Had him waiting on phone for no more than 60 seconds. I would never recommend any health care professional with such poor character. "I'm growing old while waiting on the phone for you." -Dr. Kaufman

Dr. Kaufman was very attentive to my care and took the time to properly diagnose me. I had been to another doctor who ran the office more like a factory, in and out, without paying me particular attention. I think I got the proper care and recovered quicker because of Dr. Kaufman's attention to detail. I read the early review, and was surprised as the secretary was helpful. I asked and Dr. Kaufman had in fact fairly recently hired a new secretary.

Dr. Bradley Kaufman is a very warm and caring doctor. He diagnosed my health condition after many other doctors failed to help me. I think he's great and a highly recommend him.

this dr office called me 3 times a week, looking for payment. i paid them faithfully 2 sometimes 3 times a month, since i am unemployed and since the insurance was processed incorrectly i was stuck in the middle with a bill. i cannot believe that for 130 dollar balance the office harasses me weekly for payment. i never even met this person who reviewed my scan, and the office never did the request for insurance correctly. i hope to god i never have to deal with this office or personnel again.

There are better Cardiologists out there. Secretarial staff is one of the worst.
