I've been using this Dentist for over 25 years. My children grew up with his practice. I love him, his abilities and his knowledge. Sometimes the staff wasn't as nice as they could be but they have been great in recent years.

Staff could be friendlier, They are all about the money and not the people. Dr. Strickland is a great guy and is more about the people then the money but most of the time he saids one thing about price but the staff being his family charges another price. So there is lack of communication between the two. They do the work on your teeth and then charge you without discussing if your able to pay for what they just did. They just assume you can afford $400 for what they just did. Prices are high. The Doctor is a Good Person, its the staff I don't care for. During teeth cleaning they missed a big cavity that cost me over $2,000 later because it had gotten so bad that required a root canal and bridge. So they do make careless mistakes and lack communication.
