they had me filling out information for over a half hour. First paperwork, then a hand held device asked all the same questions again, than sat me at a computer and asked all the same information again. Then charged me $50 to do so. Charging for paperwork is un heard of, Never before have I been charged and spend so many times filling out the same info. Then they raked me again for a consult and a quick adjustment way more than anywhere i ever been. and that is WITH insurance! Then they treat you in a room with 10 other patients all together i was VERY unconformable, it was the worst experience of my life. I would not recommend them, they charge a fortune and dont even have anything special there as far as equipment. there are a lot better places to go in the area in my opinion.

Dr Hackett has helped me through many hard times. He is a very intelligent positive person with a degree in PT and also Chiropractic . When it comes down to physical disaster, this is the man I go too. NEVER opt for surgery before getting his advice.

I would highly recommend this Dr.: Dr. Hackett is very easy to talk to and he listens to what you have to say. Dr Hackett is very knowledgeable at diagnosing what is causing pain . I was sent to this Dr. by my pain management Dr. I have sever back issues and had difficulty walking. After my consultation and discussing my problems I was taken in and had a Treatment from a PT and then saw Dr Hackett again and he adjusted me a little and I felt better. I have been going back 2x a week for a few weeks and I'm improving. He also found something else that was contributing to my pain and we are working on correcting that as well. His staff is very professional and polite to the patients. His Physical Therapist are also very professional,friendly and listen to your questions and explain what they are doing. I would send family and friends there.

Dr. Hackett is the most knowledgeable and caring chiropractor and physical therapist I have ever known. I referred to Dr. H. a college baseball player whose career was in jeopardy. The team trainers and doctors couldn't help him. Dr. H. had him pitching again in six weeks. The guy knows his stuff. I know for a fact that he treats several local MD's. I personally go to him as needed. I get treated for what I need not what his bank account needs. I refer everyone I know that needs chiropractic or physical therapy to him.

I don't know if the office was having a bad day but everyone seemed somewhere else. I left the office feeling the same way as when I walked in except for being dissapointed and $125.00 less in my pocket. I selected this office because of familiarity with area. I Should have done more research on my own and gotten a referral from a friend who had been to some other Chiropractors in the area.

The best! I am a retired RN with multiple physical issues. I can't tell you how many chiropractors and physical therapists I have been too. I would fly across the country to see Dr Hackett. If you feel like a "train wreck" like I did from a lifetime of sports than Dr. Hackett is the man to see.
