Several red flags about my experience: he took text messages and replied during my visit; he rushed me through the first visit and made me come back for dilation; he tried to make me come back for a third visit for dilation; he was rude to his staff in front of patients; he gave me a few different contact lenses that clearly were the wrong prescription (the first one was WEAKER than my 3-year-old script) -- he was asking ME what lenses I wanted to try for astigmatism instead of recommending a lens; I went back 3 more times to try different lenses and finally went back to my current lens. The staff was extremely nice given the way they are treated.
