I am suppose to take meds but the doctor is lazy. I been without my meds for 2 weeks and this isnt the 1st time. I been seeing him for 5 or 6 years. It happens over and over yet no one does anything to help. I've made call after call.

kind, organized, and understanding. He listened to me and gave feedback, and provided the new prescription I needed. Great man!

Does not care about my history, does not ask questions, does not listen, unsympathetic and unkind.

Referred by another Dr who was retiring. Gave written authorization to obtain my previous records a month in advance, came to session and he hadn't retrieved them. Ignored a special document requested by my insurance company needed to cover the visit (resulting in my paying entire balance out of pocket) Answered his personal cell phone in session during both visits. Was over 1/2 past start time both visits. Paid $295 dollars (balance after two %35 co pays) He cashed the check and continued to bill me afterwards and sent to collects. Currently taking legal action against this "professional" AVOID THIS MAN!

There were 4 receptionists and no waiting for my 12:00 appointment. Dr. Ismail called me into his office a little earlier than my scheduled time. The Dr prescribed a new medication after checking for any unfavorable interaction with existing meds. I did not feel rushed and was quite pleased overall.

No receptionist; doctor did not introduce himself; had multiple patients stacked up in waiting room - appt was supposed last between 20 & 70 minutes - why so many patients in the waiting room at the same time. Was asked to bring family members, but family members not allowed in room during mental examination. Was not told outcome of exam, yet prescription dose was increased. no written information provided to patient.
