Doctor KEMMER was my anesthesiologist two different times in August and October 2022 when I had a double hip replacement he was terrific...I did not want a spinal Anesthetic and only wanted a general anesthetic. He was very accommodating and I had no issues after the surgery. He was professional, pleasant and very kind.
