I have been a professional athlete/ballet dancer my whole life. I have tried all other forms of injury prevention and care and chiropractic has been my real solution. I have visited countless other doctors and chiropractors and Dr. Jay Schwartz is truly the most informative, caring and best chiropractor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. His staff makes you feel like you are part of their "family" and Dr. Schwartz literally cures my current ailment in a visit or two. I have learned so much about taking care of my body and why I am having certain aches (which immediately disappear after my visit) from his knowledge. He teaches in a very basic manner that is easily understood and provides exercises to take care of yourself. He spends as much time as you need with him and seems to be as interested in helping you as you are in being helped. There is no better chiropractor anywhere in this country that I have found. He is a gem!
