One life threatening condition I had was completely overlooked by Dr. Santos-Montemayor. After going to Urgent Care I was referred to a second doctor and was then in the hospital for emergency surgery. The second doctor had informed me that if my condition had persisted for another day or two I could have died. After the surgery I went to see Dr. Santos and she NEVER asked how I was doing or mentioned what had happened. On many other occasions I went to see Dr. Santos about something that I was experiencing and every time my concerns were swept under the rug. The impression I got from the doctor was that I was bothering her and/or wasting her time. If patients want to be ignored or treated like a door mat then this doctor is right for you.
