This practice is TERRIBLE!!!! They are VERY, VERY RUDE and they collect their patients sensitive PII even though they don't need it to file with insurance!! This puts their patients at risk for identity theft!! Plus, if a potential patient decides not to continue to pursue an appoint, they keep the patient's sensitive PII in their database putting that person at risk for a database breach. And when you try to have the information removed they hang up on the person and do not remove the information. This is the WORST place I have even come in contact with. I would never let them near my mouth!! Run screaming in the other direction!!!!
