Biography

Dr. Fiori graduated from the University of Iowa Dental School and began a career with the Veterans' Administration; First as an intern in Iowa City then as the Chief of the Dental Service in Boston, MA. He pursued a specialty in periodontics at the Los Angeles VA, returned to the Boston VA as a periodontist, and was honorably appointed clinical instructor in periodontics at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Upon returning to California in 1986, he continued his affiliation with the VA as a periodontal consultant. A Member and past-President of the Mid-Peninsula Dental Society, California and American Dental Associations, and the American Academy of Periodontics, Dr. Fiori specializes in Dental Implants, LASER gum treatment to replace conventional surgery, and other minimally invasive techniques for little-to-no pain and no down time. Dr. Fiori is among the few certified in the LANAP LASER procedure - the only laser protocol cleared by the FDA, which allows our patients a bladeless option for Periodontal treatment of gum disease without cutting and stitches. Dr. Fiori’s practice philosophy is to develop optimal treatment plans tailored to the needs of the individual. He listens carefully to each patient and his concerns. Dr. Fiori is dedicated to helping patients attain their desired goals in a cost effective way while at the same time never sacrificing his standards for excellent dental heath. Dr. Fiori lives in Palo Alto with his wife and is the proud father of three children. In his leisure time, he enjoys golf, yoga and other activities related to heath and wellness.
